The responsibility of mothers in grooming their boys is neatly described. In India, men of some major/suppressed castes are urged to molest the the girls of soft/weak castes. Before the police file FIR against the criminals, they receive directions from the elected representatives to ignore the crimes. This kind of vote catching democracy has spoiled this country. Politicians encourage criminals.Your angle of approach to this problem is different, suited to more cultured and civilized people. Cheers.
