Melancholy Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

Melancholy

Rating: 5.0

Tune of melancholy

There is music everywhere
Rendering every soul bare
Songs in scales major
Blues blown scales minor
Cacophony of sounds
All over doing rounds
In this world
Emotions unfurled
Ear drums in constant motion
Brain sound processor in commotion
People playing upon a harp
Till their fingers feel harm
Alas, there is no spiritual harmony
On earth a tune of melancholy

The poem was alright; it was describing sound, songs and loud cacophonous music, until at the end it suddenly turned sad and melancholic. True, absence of spiritual harmony turns all our melodious songs of life into discordant, dissonant, cacophony.

I agree with what you say but the solution is not in brooding but discovering like Faraday cage or many more which I don't know but you know still don't apply.

In order to the the rhythm right the essence is getting lost and that is true melancholy for me. Earth is suffering the same and so do we. Let loose everything, let the birds fly without fear, let the river go anywhere...Nice poem 5*
