can anyone tell me what " Stare" means in this poem? is it a word he uses elsewhere with a particular meaning? it has a capital letter so perhaps refers to a certain thing.

Nice poem, I liked the words. Phew! I'm here, took a while,5 years to be exact, my daughter is grown and finally ran away from home, I'm here alone, loved it to pass the time!
