Beautiful poem. In meditative moments all the little things ignored otherwise come alive. You have given life to each of that moment in your writing. Thanks for sharing.

I like the alliteration in the title - three key words of the poem all fit together in creating some of the poem's abundant music. I usually associate meditation and the mellow mood it created with autumn, my favorite season by far. But your poem has opened a doorway into appreciation of spring. I was immediately struck by the title, which could be a poem in 10-syllables, complete and satisfying. But there's more! LOSING MY WAY INTO CALM is an inspired way of describing spring's renewal of our winter-deadened selves. NO BUD OPENED WITHOUT NOTICE shows you giving a gift to Spring, i.e., paying attention to the fresh new life everywhere. Hurray!
