I'm a nut for churches and cathedrals. I could travel and do nothing but step into and tiptoe around these giant old places, listening to the sounds and wondering about the people who sought shelter there. In Paris last year I spent hours in Saint-Sulpice. It drives my wife crazy.

Have always been fascinated by the building of all the cathedrals and just love to visit different ones in England...and France...so the appeal of this poems is enormous for me. Especially wonderful poem. Thanks, Michael.

This takes me back to my first visit to Wincester Cathedral. I was awestruck over the size, the silence, and felt pelted by angel songs from on high. The layers of history in that place and the centuries of people finding God in their own way, led me to tears. Thanks for this memory.

Well, this is just very good... marketing the silence of a cathedral... a note repeated by the angels, the whole going back in time thing, really top notch.
