May You Never Poem by Randy McClave

May You Never

May you never be the reason
Why a person does not ever trust,
May it not be because of you
That a good person has swore or cussed.

May it not be because of you
Why a person does not have any faith,
I hope that you it is not
Now wearing the mask of the wraith.

May you never be the reasoning
Why a person will not ever date again,
Hoping that you never inflicted emotional pain
Where they now see a relationship as a sin.

May you never be known as a hater
Carrying rumors which are spread by fools,
Which are only believed my idiots
Becoming truly on the Devil's wicked tools.
