Mary Slaughter Poem by Kelvin Rush

Mary Slaughter

Mary Slaughter I've seen your daughter
And she looks nothing like you
I think you ought to ask your daughter
If she's from Timbuktu

She looks so weird with her goatee beard
Crooked nose and beady eyes
So Mary Slaughter if she is your daughter
Then I'm wrong and I apologise
