Because of awkward grammar and phrasing, I'm not sure I understand this poem. It seems to begin with the basic question as to what is marriage and why we get married. It might simply be to continue our species, to live with the perfect 'Other', to look respectable in the eyes of society. It's not clear whether the author believes any of this, but the author does believe (I think) that marriage can be enjoyed when it's most simple and expenditures are wisely handled, when there is love and respect on both sides.
