A lot of conventional, middle-class ideas are on display, and considered here. He is so undecided about marriage, even to ' a beautiful sophisticated woman/ tall and pale wearing an elegant black dress and black gloves'. Or the film star Ingrid Bergman. Not ever being married is no problem to me and I don't think it was for Greg Corso.

WOW! What an epic write, all about the facets of a marriage or being married. This poem with its 1036 words and 111 lines over several alineas., yeah how many alineas was that again? Nine alineas. Truly detailed. A coziest imaginative poem and Congrats to his family on being chosen as MPOTD (Modern Poem Of The Day) . A 10 Vote.

Your words bring such laughter and some fear. Excellent imagery of what may happen. Hope you do get married..... but only if your heart says so! Cheers as you may need a drink.

And all the dreams built on the back of a teenage date? Now that's imagination.
