Heh, neighbors can be a pain sometimes... Mine has 2 Jack Russel Terriers, and the short haired one seems to want to be killed by my much larger dog. Whenever it is out, it jumps at our fence, barking and snarling viciously, especially when it sees my dog - who just sits there and watches it silently.
