Many Chances Poem by David Boyce

Many Chances

Many chances

Some people take many chances
Whilst they are on this earthly plain
They don't think of a consequence
Or a love once lost or pain

Some people take many chances
Which luckily turn out right
This makes them become wealthy
And smile with much delight

Some people take many chances
Which ultimately turn bad
Sometimes it's financially difficult
Which makes that person mad

Some people take many chances
Dealing with it day by day
But ultimately they do not learn
And in the future they will pay
