Society is learning to understand mental illness in others, but there is still a long way to go. Then, if that acceptance happens, tears may not cause so much grief in others and a man's world will have more compassion that today. A 10
I caught an article on the BBC news website about this phrase and having suffered through and with depression, anxiety & stress find this phrase unhelpful and insulting. Like you I hope many begin to understand this. Thank you for reading and commenting
