Make My Heart

Make my heart to feel the music
Of the song of a soul set free
With the joy of sin's forgiveness
Because of Calvary
To walk in love in the Light
Dispelling darkness fears
Trusting only in You Lord
What greater cause for cheer

Equipped to walk in the Spirit
For victory over the flesh
Renewing of our mind for service
Going forth to bless
And giving hope to the hopeless
Praise God you can be saved
You can have new life in Jesus
Who conquered greatly the grave

Make my heart a dwelling place
Where You Lord can abide
And feel as welcome as You can
While You live inside
Where fellowship will be so sweet
As I seek to do Your will
And wait upon You O my God
And hear Your... "Peace be still! "
