We have breached,
What we once preached,
What is it that is still maintained?
In hearts which seemed to have sustained.
If I were to say,
That marriage was not the way.
It would be a lie I tell myself each day.
In whose arms may I feel safer?
With whose words may I alter?
For you have brought a new side to her.
I miss the old me.
Evidently.
I must say,
I love this new person you made each day.
For she now believes in love in each and every way.
What have you done to this cold heart?
You have made it soft and now can easily tear apart.
Love makes one fragile,
So that one can easily reconcile.
My love, you have made me a new form of happy.
I love you most certainly.
So be with me.
With no other I rather be.
