Made In The Dreamer's Image Poem by Chris Embrick

Made In The Dreamer's Image

Rating: 5.0

Who's at the helm; who's in control
if I'm but part of a larger dream
who determines how the plot unfolds
as I travel life's conscious stream

The fact that I can dream at all
really doesn't seem that odd
I was made in the Dreamer's image
all the proof I need that there's a God

In this life I share His dream
and weave it's threads into my own
and in His light my soul's aware
that in the dream, I'm not alone

When life from this body flows
into the depths of wisdom's stream
with greater life my soul abounds
when I meet the Dreamer who first dreamed.

Spellbinding write. It fuels our mind and heart to affirm our faith in God. Yes, in this life, we are not alone if we share His dream. Loved the last stanza. Beautifully crafted piece.10

There is God who is our creator and proof we get in feelings. His light and wisdom soul perceives by his grace. This poem is excellent and deeply philosophical...10
