Lullaby Poem by Saravanan Sivasubramanian

Lullaby

Rating: 3.0

A lullaby sways in the air
Both sleepless eyes in the river of tears

Flowing rivers
The language of tears of time
Every destination tells a story
Saying the sad things will slowly dissipate
All the way you walked
I walked and saw you my dear son

In the memory that dances in the chest
Kindergarten language of small flower
Whose chest is burdened by becoming a cross
Maybe time will give us a load bearing
All the flowers that gave honey
It's a golem that falls off smoothly
In rooted soil
Rain is the wetness of water

In dreams
Your memory is chasing you
A storm blew while it was blooming
Heat of fire spoke without fire
You have a journey to see the sky
Hell on earth for me
dear son the time when you learned to walk now
Those past memories are walking in my mind
A cloud turned into water
Sadness turned to tears

Lullaby
