Hi Brittany - Honoured to be the first to comment again - I love this on Britt because it has structure and flow and lovely sentiments. V 1 There is a big difference between LOVE & FRIENDSHIP and it must be mutual to really work. V 2 I have had many Friends and Lovers in my life and the difference is in 'touch' and the message transmitted in a 'hug'. V 3 Friends joke - Lover love - there is a big difference and the intense bond between a Sister & a Brother (family love) is very different form the emotional love between two 'lovers' - I know what you mean I have many lady friends who love me 'like family' and my relationship with them is very different from those (along the way) who have been 'intimate lovers'. I love verse four it is so so evocative - Kiss me - Hold me - Love me. Thanks for sharing Britt it scores TEN for content and another TEN for its elegant flowing structure. Love in Poetry - JOHN.
