Love In The Moonlight Poem by Olawale Oluwole

Love In The Moonlight

Rating: 5.0

No matter the miles that lie between us,
No matter how the world twists and spins,
No matter how long you are away,
There is one witness to our love —
The moon.

It floats among the stars,
Bathing the earth in silver light,
A silent guardian across the cosmos.

How I long to journey to its eclipse,
To paint my love upon its glowing face
In hues of blue, peace, and devotion,
Stretching north, south, east, and west,
Across the world, so you may feel it.

And whenever your eyes find the moon,
Know this —
It carries my heart to yours,
A whisper of love
That spans the universe,
Forever luminous, forever ours.
