Love Don't Cause A Thing Poem by Ojeikpo Elijah

Love Don't Cause A Thing

In realms where love's pure essence freely flows,
No fear can thrive, no hatred's seed be sown.
Envy withers, and gossip finds no home,
For love's embrace all shadows are overthrown.

Love's gentle touch dispels the darkest night,
Unveiling hearts where harmony resides.
No room remains for discord's bitter bite,
As love's sweet melody all strife betides.

In love's embrace, the soul finds solace deep,
A sanctuary where peace forever dwells.
No judgment lurks, no secrets need to keep,
For love's embrace all imperfections quells.

So let us bask in love's eternal flame,
And let its warmth our weary souls restore.
In love's embrace, we find our truest name,
A love that heals and asks for nothing more.
