'Love Across The Screens' Poem by CHERRY GADINGAN

'Love Across The Screens'

Rating: 5.0

Across the miles, our love takes flight,
One mind, one heart, through day and night.
Caring and clingy, we're meant to be,
In this long-distance love, you and me.

'Good morning, ' you whisper, a tender sound,
A virtual hug and kiss, love unbound.
'Good afternoon, ' with warmth, you send,
Our love's embrace, on which we depend.

And when the stars adorn the sky so bright,
'Good night' you say, with love's pure light.
Through phone and screen, our hearts unite,
In comfort, we find our sweet delight.

Long-distance tests, but we've found our way,
One mind, one heart, come what may.
Caring and clingy, we'll never part,
For we're truly comfortable, heart to heart.
