what is your idea about love?
you just ask others'
Clearly I don't see why you need to ask him. Maybe he already knows what love is and is trying to benefit other people into searching their own soul for their own truths. This poem is rather versatile in the fact that it could look different from anyones point of view. One person might only feel love and believe that they are not love. That it is an emotion not a state of being. So you see this is merely a gateway opened before you by the poet.
