geeta, i relate to this. from my tradition God is love. Love is the greatest. Love is the first and greatest commandment. Love is the mark of the true Christ follower. you may know (have i mentioned this already?) the greek word for the kind of love you appear to be describing is agape. yesterday i watched a film called the letters about mother teresa and did a lot of crying. in my age and spiritual condition i cry when i see kindness, cry when i see people doing the right thing... my heart's been growing softer and softer- praise God. may grace help us to live this love always. glen kappy
