A powerful poem expressed through a few words....appreciated. Brevity of expression is the hallmark of poetry! Top score.
Wow such a deeply moving words! .. Very powerfully written yet ever so heart touching! .. Beautifully expressed! .. Definite 5 Stars! ..+++++
Great depth in just two lines. Quite a marvel! A massive 10.
It is common knowledge that Love needs no words to express itself. But once silence regains its voice, deficit in its expressiveness will be evident.
o love please come come to forgive come to be united come to this super safety den of heart........! ! ! /
Wow! Wonderful sequel to the couplet. Very happy to understand that you have captured the true spirit of the lines.
I liked this poem. So brilliantly presented. It gives something to ponder about. A very short write with big impact. Onto my Poem List.
Love in certain situations can be seen in silence yet words seem to be more dominant coupled with actions to show your love for a certain person. In cases troubled times occur, I think silence is more appropriate to consider to give way to calmness.
A poem of great depth. Powerful lines to convey the effect of silence on love. Sometimes silence can talk much, speaks louder than voice in certain circumstances. However, there are times when this is misinterpreted. It boils down still to how the person fully grasp the situation.
Wow! I have been overwhelmed by your in-depth analysis of this couplet. As you would have noticed reading my poems, I choose always to stand close to life in my poems. This comes to me naturally, unconsciously. This is not a deliberate line of thought. Even in my poems based on epics, my interpretation of the story/situation have been close to life. I feel honoured that you have understood this fact very clearly.
Thank you Ashika, for your appreciation of this poem. And it is wonderful to see you again on ph. Hope everything is going great with you. And, believe you celebrated Onam well. Wish you best of everything.
Nothing to add, nothing to say. Sometimes silence is louder and more expressive than anything, well said
