Lost Shepherd Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Lost Shepherd

Rating: 5.0

I am awake
Yet so asleep
Blindness
Waiting
For sight
God's light
Guiding
Through night

Richard, just amazing! " Once a dream did weave a shade, ..." Your verse transported right into the gem by Blake. Then I recalled just how much Blake influenced Kerouac. This goes straight to myfavourites.

More synchronicity? Blake has always been one of my favourites. No wonder that he influenced Kerouac and so many other greats. Always an honour for me to have one of my poems going to your favourites. M.J., thanks so much for your inspiration!
