I remember having studied Poe's poem Lenore! The poet pays a tearful tribute to his dear wife who died premature! Though initially he feels that his life is shattered, he soon comes to compromise with her death and feels relieved that she is freed from the torments of earthly life and from her detractors and would be enjoying bliss in Heaven! This version of your poem makes a beautiful annex to Poe's poem! Enjoyed!
I am so glad to hear that you are familiar with Edgar Allan Poe. The more that I learn about his life and his philosophy the more impressed I am. He is also mentioned for his scientific observations regarding the universe. He has also gained the distinction of having written the first murder mystery. Inspiring Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and of course his creation Sherlock Holmes. Thank you so much for the wonderful comments!
