Lost In The Labyrinth Poem by Phil J Hambling

Lost In The Labyrinth

No money
But the currency of existence
No deals but the urgency of everything
No shape but the sculpture
Of your wishes
Burnt on the heat of reality
Your childhood smiles
Turned to a cynical snarl
Grasping at the flying dollars
Lost in the labyrinth
Looking for a way
