Who among us, those of us who are 'Of a certain age' haven't felt that lost, hurt, loneliness that encloses, despair, no way out feeling? I know I have, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, I promise. Expressing it as well as you do can be the doorway out. I know it was for me.
