Lost Poem by Astha Tiwari

Lost

Rating: 4.3

Searching you in deep cracks of heart,
following the dense sounds.
Burning the mistakes,
feeling the pain of your voice.
Walking alone, but beside you,
counting your short steps.
Dry soil, need water,
your tears were worthless for them.

Laughing clouds and coloured sky,
You looked at me.
Your stentorian voice,
long steps, smiling eyes.
Forgiving everything, leaning on your chest.
Now, I have to go.
The dense darkness invites me.
I lost! But I'm there in you.

following the dense sounds. Burning the mistakes, feeling the pain of your voice. Walking alone, but beside you, counting your short steps. Wow you are a rare poet of this kind, modern, highly passionate and skillful at choosing words. Thanks Astha for such a beautiful poem.
