Losing Oneself Poem by Eillio Imbasciati

Losing Oneself

Rating: 5.0

Losing oneself hurts, and it is not recommended
There are those individuals to do not know if they are coming back,
If to them their future will remain blank
They may retreat to television to rediscover themselves,
Which those around them may not understand
Wanting to act as more than an animated decoration,
To be involved once again in the processes that frame daily life
It's getting early, not being late,
But still, time hardly matters when a personality is in disrepair,
Desperately seeking a brain and body shop
