Lord We Can't Contain

Lord we can't contain the joy
That lives within our soul
When You come to us by your Spirit
Your presence takes control
And our praise automatically begins
My God how great Thou art
Removing our sins darkest stains
And cleansing believing hearts

Hallelujah's are just a portion
Of the praise I feel within
In my heart I give You salutation
For forgiving me of my sin
Now, praise God, a brand new tomorrow
Begins with me today
For a blessed hope has given birth
To live a brand new way

I've learned prayer by praying
Thank you Lord for this grace
Bringing me into your sweet fellowship
Proof... the transformation that's taken place
O what joy in repentance
A turning away from sin
Having You Lord as my constant companion
When I became born again!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
