Lord Make My Heart

Lord make my heart give forth praise
For what great things you've done
You've brought my heart to the realization
Of my deep need of your Son
And I have found Him...praise God!
What a blessing to my soul
Now it sings with adoration
To the One who made me whole

It would be criminal for me not to share
As to what grace has brought me through
I love to tell the story of Christ
And of what He can do for you
He replaced my burden of sin
Now for a burden for men
To share with them the gospel story
Of their need to be born again

We are now commissioned for mission
There's a lost world dying in sin
We are His lighthouses here on earth
Don't let your lamp go dim
May I not forget your benefits Lord
For You are our great Benefactor
Our greatest benefit...Christ's Salvation
It the greatest thing one could ask for! ! !
