'Just a splatter of the now'. I prefer to not live in time gone by, and our future has yet to come, yes we can only live in present time, whats gone has gone, why guess at whats to come? Wonderful phrasing in this beautiful philosophical poem. Thank you for tempting me to visit.
great thought out! astonishing imageries! fine diction! all together WOW! 10+
I love your poetry too Ben, and so pleased to see two new ones. This philosophical poem has outstanding imagery. 'A bell tolls. Who is gone now? A star falls. Darkness shuts us in. What can you see? ' and again with the star 'We are all desire. It comes and goes leaving smoke that trails like a falling star in the dark of sleight view'. I particularly like how you encourage the reader to interpret their own past as well. This is what I call simply outstanding poetry in every way. 10 love Karin
You are a great metaphysical poet. I love your poetry. We opened doors after door with mutual fear at the core, Heat's window we never open Soothing scenes our life soften. CP

A great poem. A deep peep into life to see what it is. A kind of introspection of our lives, their values, their worth. Wonderful poetry.
Your poems are always filleld with so much meaning. I always feel halfway scared I am not getting all of it. Still my days are improved just by the reading of it; even as just art it is heads and shoulders above most stuff that's out there today. Feel really privileged to have you writing for the audience here at PH.
