Looking At The Sky Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Looking At The Sky

Looking At The Sky

Part of me is,
I'm merely a man and soul,
And life on earth,

I look at you with great respect that,
I cannot find in my own body,

You are a warm cloth of sunshine and experience,
Ariot of sensations and theologicalthoughts,

Sometimes I am most grateful to you,
Sometimes sad for your callosity,

Sometimes it's irateinsincerity,
To be proud of you,

And most of all, I am merely a hammer and anvil for your distinguished future,

I am the plodder of your soil,
The distiller of your herbal drugs,

And like most enterprising entrepreneurs and sisters, I search for ecological solutions,

I plant multiple seeds for storage,
And a multiple future,

And anytime as you wish, you can strike me dead,
Like all creatures and most walking casualties,
I am your self imposing rules for survivals,

I would like to say, our acquaintances, had been brief, kindly justified or not, I gave myself wholly to your care,
Clean slate of mind and a mud body for your readministration,
