There is a reason to read 'Long Missing Conscience' by Yiyan Han, engaging in themes of nature, because nature challenges wisdom locked within the soul. This poem stirs too many memories to mention, to comment on; so I choose only one image. 'We again ask God, and the atomized Heaven echoes' Read 'Lemmings Into The Sea' and consider the consequences of that echo.

We may ask the mountain, an ocean, God where conscience is. Even a simple plum can give an answer. The Plum Tree Lies fell from your lips like plums from an over laden plum tree. Soon they littered the ground beneath us. I could not help but stand on some. Copyright © Terence George Craddock
