1 – i'm glad you were able to keep your (see Poet's Notes) eruption somewhat under control! " We have been together Through distant ages......eons" MN, i did not know you are THAT old.

You will be there over my grave Staring at me when the dew Struggles to hold on to grass-blade tips In the ground frost at my funeral ground Oh what a sweet knowing that is The dew, the grass, the star and me All together in close embrace! Has life ever been sweeter than this? ! - - - - - - Wow - - An amazing write! - - - The dew, the grass, the star and me- - -an imagination for an eternal embrace ! ! !

Nostalgic about the future while in sweet bonhomie with the heavens! Last two stanza of this poem are truly majestic. While reading this poem, I am reminded of one of my poems entitled 'An Epitaph Theme Of An Earthly Traveler.' 10

Beautiful flow of words. A long journey from cradle till grave, we see this lonely star. I liked the way you connected a life to star. Loved reading it.

Oh what a sweet knowing that is The dew, the grass, the star and me All together in close embrace! .............................. So in the grave, we will not be fated to stay alone! Most of us will have this sweet company of dew, grass and the star! Once in a while some stray visitors too! The night sky and the lone star inspired you to write a beautiful poem! !

I like that this is not a melancholy poem- -you could have taken it there so easily. But this makes us part of eternity- -part of the stars in the heavens and the grass that grows green again even after drought and fire and dew that settles on leaf and blade and blossom the wide world over and the sky that blankets the planet and its inhabitants with sunshine and rain and dramatic storms.. You could not have said it better- - I have been looking at you From cradle till now You will be there over my grave Staring at me when the dew Struggles to hold on to grass-blade tips - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -a gorgeous 10

Night sky is mysterious. In this lonely star appears and this is very difficult to identify. Still through distant ages we see night sky to witness this star. From cradle till now we witness this star. Time embraces memory. Wonderful imagery is drawn really...10

A lovely piece, Madathil. I stare at the stars whenever possible and daydream (or is it night dream?) The light reaching my eyes has never and will not ever touch any others, and left its source thousands of years ago

Feeling comes from ambiguity and unknown source are the best one because are draged by wisdom in a sleeping of many decades.it proves unconditional love base on fantasy and mind-forged dreams which are vulnerable to annihilation if they lose true way of thinking and judging. Thanks for sharing your imaginary poem.
