Loneliness Poem by Takudzwa Thlomani

Loneliness

Rating: 5.0

Entangled in all sorts of emotions, i cant seem to find a remedy for my loneliness, My heart echoes with emptiness.."I can't take it anymore",
unshackle me from these chains ohh mighty *Cupid..

Summer came and went, Autumn came and went, still i wallow in my misery, immersed indespondency..

Everytime i lie alone waves of regret flood my mind, I'm sinking in my own thoughts..

Rescue me from this ongoing tragedy, before i lose my mind, before i give in to this repression...

*Cupid-mythical god of love
