A free flight of creativity on winged imagination. It's an impressive roll call of the icons of scientific discoveries. Thanks for sharing.
Wanted to add, sorry, , the thu, s up page was not showing when I first posted, I wanted to make it green.
Not sure what that means, maybe another Poemhunter hiccup. Thanks again.
Loved this poem. It goes beyond the stuffiness of some poems. Loved it and The photo of Einstein, great, just great! Panagiota
hahaha, this was very fun to read. As a fellow scientist, I enjoyed the references and names. But gosh it is hard to read out loud
Thank for your comment, Christopher. You might like Big Bang Creation and a few others.
I recall a prophet saying, he was caught up into the third heaven. Profound dream. Great.
first of all it is a good poem...the speaker is a poet in heart though a scientist in brain.....fine expression of the long cherished desire...thanks dear poet....
Then I succeeded. I sometimes put my foot in my mouth, but have never been called Sock before.: -) Live long and prosper.
Fascinating dream and very nice poem. I have voted it a ten. I recently wrote a poem about a dream called POETRY HEAVEN but it was totally fabricated. I didn't really dream it and never claimed to have done so. One of the verses was about Mr. Spock, who used to write poetry on this site. Now that Mr. Spock is longer here, I guess I will have to take his verse out.
I have noted that some of your work dealing with scientific themes and matters in very unique ways, not many poet interesting to write in that way, that is make your works different and excellent, I have written (Scientific creatures) too which can be a scenario for a great film....+10 from me for this amazing poem well done
