Situation, the variable in the world
interaction with situation
gives rise to thoughts
thoughts load the mind
suddenly and abruptly
generate undesirable emotions
tempt to make fast decisions
very often wrong
hence loading mind with thoughts
so important
imagine loading like.....
raising voltage in a variac
regulating speed of a fan
increasing speed of a bike
acceleration of thoughts smooth
let it take more time
this gradual loading only
maintains humility
so essential
to make rational decisions
in a similar way
as the work is over
or when the setback is past
gradually unload the mind
with the associated thoughts
forgetting can't be sudden:
with deceleration
like getting down a steep hill
slowly settling down
again mind getting ready
to embrace the next thoughts.
