This flesh 'n' blood cousin of the ship 'o' the desert
here is given that funky punky, stylish haircut?
Could it be optical illusion or screen manipulation
causing him to grin in mock jubilation?

.... Because Google confused me more than clarify as to what exactly make one an Arabian sonnet.
Something drew me to this beautiful piece, and I saw that the poem is called Arabian sonnet. Can you give some more info on this poetry type. Thanks
Something drew me here again to this beautiful piece, and I saw, the poem is called Arabian sonnet. Can you also educate me with some more details. Thanks.
Adorable, very creative, and brings giggles and smiles! .. Thank you so much for sharing! ..
Refreshingly funny and educative at the same time. A lovely piece.
Hey, like humans, llamas can stick their tongues out and spit to express displeasure So keep your distance from angry ones or you will regret the misS measure. DO THEY ALL MOSTLY BEHAVE LIKE THE WESTERNISH WOE OF A MAN
Cont/.. Since they are cousins I said dromedary for alliterative fun too yeah, it's an extant camel yeah so a cousin. And by mismeasure I meant if we miscalculated the distance we could be spat at by them lol.. Thanks!
Thanks so much Laurie, a picture of llamas inspired me, and thanks Bri, yeah many teens are teenyboppers so I'm glad that teenaged llamas or alpacas etc are not lol.. Glad to give a lil chuckle sometimes...
3 - i agree with use of 'n', but i'd use o', not 'o'. ;) [i am not grammar expert! ] i, also, like/prefer " my kind" , but don't ask what kind i AM! the jury is 'still out'. bri :)
2 - i like alliteration: " dromedary drama" , but: " Camelid. Camelids are members of the biological family Camelidae, the only currently living family in the suborder Tylopoda. The extant members of this group are: dromedary camels, Bactrian camels, wild Bactrian camels, llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos."
1 - i esp. enjoy displeasure/mismeasure for the meaning and the rhyme, though i think you've used poetic license rather than the noun: mismeasurement. i'm also not sure if photos are all of llamas, or if some, at least, are alpacas. i don't trust all photos found when using Google. (see # 2 comment) " but he's no teeny-bopper" ..i don't know why you put this information here. :) bri
Very funny! I love the way you play with words and let them take you places. Cool pictures too. What made you think of Llamas? Once here in Prague I passed a house that sometimes has exotic animals, and there in the garden stood two llamas!
Thanks so much for nice comments Geoffrey and Richard. Cheers!
Delightfully funny! This llama will bring a smile to even the most serious face.
There is no thing finer than a good written sense of humour...I like the Llama...! !
Thanks soo much for comments, poets Rajnish, Allport, and kurmamani.
A llama with style that is health conscience too just goes to show animals are like us two? ....ha ha
Thanks soo much poets, Kelly, Tom, Mj lemon Glen and Robert for enjoying my poem and having fun reading it.
