A brave little fellow.....sadly they do crash into glass as they don't always realise it's there which is why either net curtains or blinds are a good idea I suppose :) Liked the poem

As the others say so well, this is a moving and tenderly written poem. Glad it had a happy ending. The bird must have been dazed for a while - did it know it was in a poet's hands? !
