Little Armor Poem by soren Barrett

Little Armor

Armadillo interesting fellow, tough shell inside quite mellow
Armored from head to toe, when threatened they curl up you know
With sharp claws on their paws with squinty eyes they don't look too good
Dig holes like moles, almost blind, thought you understood
Like to eat ants, can jump in a dance, identical quadruplets from one egg
Runs like wind with snaggle teeth grinned, doesn't stay long enough to beg
Some people eat their meat but chagas and leprosy they carry
Not a very friendly fellow to greet, they prefer life living in solitary
