Several Loaves wating for turn
Before him: baked and moistured, in fire burned.
Assembly of Wine and densed drinks,
His stomach for all this think.
Besides and aside, there they lie too,
Chains of Beverages, in twos:
Soft and hard, light and thick,
Wild and fair, pompous and meek.
The larder had done her part:
Set before him to eat, was also the mat:
But he was tied in his mouth:
Eyes beholding, tongue did doubt.
Stomach pressed toward the earth with stools.
How would they expect him to eat the food?
