I can just see that distraught cat...hope that Gordian knot gets sliced off. These are gems, Valsa. To myfavourites.
As he sang, it sounded like a dog's bark......ha..ha..ha..so funny. In second Limerick....Cat put her head inwards in a pot is interesting but she mewed distraught is sad. Beautifully penned both limerick. Thanks for sharing.
Real beauty lies in simplicity, Could lough heartily, very nice.
NO lark for Mark and no milk for the cat. Both have been short changed and that is that! Had a good laugh. Nice.
It seems that the challenge has ended the cat and dog both surrendered alas no art was offended in high hand' and a town sleeps safe in Ireland.
I had a hearty laugh reading these limericks. I know for sure that if someone challenges, you win.
valsa, PLEASE! A valiant effort you've made indeed, but NOT all poems are for me to read. Because you're my friend i read both to the end, but don't write more of THEM, i plead! but SERIOUSLY, i give you a quite good score. thanks for sharing. bri :)
I don't know what the challenge was but on reading the two limericks, it does not matter., the laugh comes good anyway.
