This does not look like an Edward Lear composition. I agree with Susan Williams.
A limerick. Had rhythm and rhyme. But am empty vessel is an empty vessel no matter how beautifully it was carved.
The style and stuffing of the limerick is fantastic. Lovely write. Enjoyed. Thanks for sharing.
