The word is bear, not bare, Robert. I couldn't bear to shoot a deer either, but I have no problem with others who kill animals for food. Unless you are a vegetarian, you have eaten animals that were killed for food. Chicken? Beef? Pork? They didn't die of natural causes. (If they did, it's not safe to eat them!)
The bloating from bacteria, eating tissue and then the farting of the same. Probably didn't smell great either. : -)
