I made (Home-made) pizza twice in the past week. Sausage, pepperoni and lots of mozzarella. I liked it; but it didn't like me.
Gotta watch that pepperoni moderation is the key and then it is wonderous I am a cheddar man

I haven't tried many cheeses (including Limburger) But as yet, I haven't met a cheese I didn't like. I think it was the pizza sauce that made my tummy rebel.
