It is getting harder and harder to find a hero these days in positions of political power- -but that is alright- I love the everyday people who are heroes in that they extend a helping hand to their fellow man out of brotherly love! ! ! 10++

you have me reading limericks- but only yours so far- -I like the intelligent air about yours- -you are quite an inspiration for us non-limerick writers!

This seriously made me laugh. The historical reference made in this limerick takes this to a new level. Glad that this Nero is not a tyrant as his namesake was.

Your limericks always make me smile, Valsa. Also, you follow the rules of limerick writing strictly most of the time, and so your limericks are, to me, worth reading and learning from. I have observed that you always mention about the syllables in the 'Poet's Notes'. That's a good practice that helps the readers.

Wonderful limerick crafted with ease and wit. Amazingly humorous and very entertaining. It is hard if we got zero when it comes to practical skills.. Another excellent write. Onto my Poem List.

A carefully created Limerick. Meaningful. In our society we meet umpteen characters like this, dim candles with zero skills. Poor fellows!

Sometimes, it is the mediocre people who live a life without any tension. They remain unaware of their mediocrity.... Limerick with a super rhyme. Valsa, without doubt, you are the queen of Limerick poems.......10

Quite an eloquent ludicrous mediocrity though it's may on a single man or name but can be generalized and universalised with anyone. Thanks for sharing such an impressive limerick.10++ rated, an awesome poem!

Good one. I think it is fine to be Mediocre. Sometime it feels it is the experts that mess up things!

Quite interesting on Mediocrity....Yes, sometimes one's name doesn't really mean his or her behaviour and character....a good limerick with good rhyming words...10

Yes, ones name and character have no correlation! Thanks a lot Indira ji! A 'Hitler' may be a compassionate fellow, as gentle as a lamb!

Brilliant, Valsa...and hilarious. Why do the zeros always seem to float to the top....no substance, lighter than air? ? This gem goes to myfavourites.
