I once had to have flood insurance when I lived in the vast fields of Michigan Amish country. What a relief to know that when I hit well water at 80 ft. if a geyser should erupt and an ark was in need due to the deluge I had my flood insurance tucked away in a waterproof container.....small print indeed.
