Enjoyed reading, as beautiful limerick as usual. No wonder this has to happen. She got better option.
Welcome back, Valsa-ji. A very funny one with a warning to wayward philosophers.
Finding the right balance between mind, heart and soul is an art. Too much of anything tends not to be good. Well written and thought provoking limerick.
I have full sympathy for wife and philosopher. A mismatch indeed! Enjoyed the limerick. We missed you so much.
Oh no! Thanks God I never tried to be a philosopher. I always tried to be a poet, and I don't remember a single day when I did not praise beauty of my wife. The poem is interesting, I really enjoyed it I have started looking for a philosopher.
To me, this poem is bitter and cruel face of life. and there are countless shades of each emotion on earth. countless, i think
A thoroughly amusing write. A harsh reality is told in a witty and humorous way. I loved it.10
Little wonder you are in the fore Writing limericks so much adored Trying to keep abreast with you Biting much more than I can chew Slow down a little I implore Thanks for the fun Valsa
He pondered over life! And his wife went astray. Thanks for sharing.
such a great truth! ! a woman wants love, care, attention, touch, kiss...... when a lover or husband is lost in philosophical thoughts and live in his own world of thoughts, naturally she will get bored..... you have presented a truth. thank you.
Only dreaming can't help. One should be practical in life. Excellent poem Madam George.
