This beautiful poem with a lovely picture of a cute girl surrounded by her seven dolls brings back memories of my own childhood. At that time we did not have such soft toys, but used to make our own toys with torn clothes and dress the dolls with dazzling plastic beads and make the hair with wool.It was such a pleasure to play with dolls and with tiny utensils for cooking for hours together. Thank you Khairul Ahsanji for gifting us beautiful poems about your grand daughter.

'Girls have that mother's instinct naturally' - you are so true! I have observed that when we take her for a shower, she takes her toys- a mummy duck and her three ducklings (rubber made) too, bathes them, dries them with a small towel and then she takes her own shower. I told her that ducks live in water and they need no drying, but she says, no, they'll catch cold! This is the mother's instinct.

I love when a poems stirs up a memory from the darkened streets and alleys of the mind and we get to close our eyes and enjoy a moment of time from long ago and bask in it like it is a warm sumlit afternoon... reliving it for a long long time... thank you for the gift of this lovely write. Anayah is your affectionate granddaughter. She is fond of seven dolls and cares them much giving her motherhood quality. She remains close and likes to spend time with dolls. Children love to play with dolls. You have brilliantly observed her behaviour. An amazing poem is excellently penned....5 stars.
